• Stage 3 - Preparation of MOA

• Stage 6 - Trade License Issuance

  Once the above process is complete, the Department of Economic Development Abu Dhabi issues the trade license upon paying the fee.

• Stage 7 - Immigration Establishment Card & E-channel Registration

  The establishment card is a crucial document for any company, as it provides a unique code within the immigration department. This code is essential for processing visas and is required once additional steps, such as Department of Labour registration, are complete.

• Stage 8 - Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization Registration
